Who we are
This policy explains how VibeTool collects, uses and protects information when you use vibetool.org (free tools) and app.vibetool.org (premium apps). The two websites share one account system, so one policy covers both. By using them you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address and an encrypted password (or the identity returned by Google or Telegram sign-in) when you register.
- Usage information — how you use the tools, generated results and the API usage statistics needed to run your plan and enforce quotas.
- Payment information — billing details are collected by our payment partners (such as Paddle and mobile-wallet gateways). We receive confirmation, amount and transaction references, and never store full card numbers.
- Technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and approximate location, collected automatically for security, fraud prevention and analytics.
- Messages — what you send us through contact forms, support tickets, email or WhatsApp.
Most free tools work without an account. Many process the files or text you enter directly in your browser, and we do not receive that content.
How we use information
- to provide, operate and secure the websites, tools and apps;
- to process payments, activate plans and issue invoices and licences;
- to answer support requests and send service, security and billing notices;
- to understand usage, fix problems and improve performance;
- to detect abuse, fraud and violations of our terms.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as light or dark mode. A small cookie shared across vibetool.org and app.vibetool.org keeps your appearance choice and sign-in state consistent between the two sites. We also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare analytics) to measure traffic and improve the services. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop sign-in from working.
Advertising on the free tools
The free tools on vibetool.org may display advertising from Google AdSense and other third-party networks. These partners may use cookies, JavaScript or web beacons to measure ads and to personalise them, and may use DoubleClick cookies based on your visits to this and other websites. We do not control those technologies. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's ad settings. Premium apps and account pages on app.vibetool.org do not show third-party ads.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run VibeTool — for example hosting and security, analytics, email delivery, payment processing and AI model providers — and only as needed for those tasks. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our users, our rights and our systems.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for billing, tax, security and legal purposes, and then delete or anonymise it. We use technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can update your account details in your dashboard. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local data-protection law, and we will respect them.
Children
VibeTool is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Third-party websites
Our sites link to other websites, such as our blog, Trustpilot and advertisers. This policy does not cover them; please read their own privacy policies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
