DMCA Copyright Policy – VibeTool.org

VibeTool.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).


Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through VibeTool.org infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice by providing the following information:

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the material removed and its previous location

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake

  • Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action.


Repeat Infringers

VibeTool.org reserves the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
